Telugu Actress Shweta Prasad Biography

Shweta Prasad was born on October 10th 1991 in Jamshedpur, Jharkand and then moved to Mumbai. Shwetha Basu Prasad is an Indian film actress in Telugu cinema and Bollywood.She studied commerce in the R. N Podar High School, Santa-Cruz, Mumbai. She was awarded the National Film award for best child artist for her role in the 2002 film Makdee. Her mothers ancestry stretches to West Bengal, thus she can read and write Bengali. Her dad is from Uttar Pradesh and later moved to Delhi and he has a strong background in the Theatre. Shweta Prasad also acted as a child artist in the Star Plus serial Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki as Shruti, Parvati and Oms daughter.In 2006, Darna Zaroori Hai (2006), Shweta had a small role to play. Prasad is presently working in Telugu movies. One of them was released in 2008 named Kotha Bangaru Lokam (2008). And her next two releases are Ride (2009) and Kasko(2009).
